• 2.0 tbsp Lemon Juice
• 2.0 tsp Lemon Juice

   For the potatoes, heat the oil in a pan over a high heat. Add the potatoes and sauté for five minutes, until browned.

   Add the wine, cumin seeds and lemon juice and simmer for two minutes.
