Lemon Sherbet

Ingrédients

• 0.5 cup Lemon Juice
• 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar
• 2.0 cup Milk

   Mix the lemon juice with the sugar in a sauce pan. Place over medium heat and boil for 2 minutes. Cool and chill. Add the milk. Pour into a ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Makes 3 cups
