Ingredients

• 2.0 Small Cantaloupes
• 0.75 cup Cava Or Other Dry Sparkling Wine
• 3.0 tbsp Orange Marmalade
• 0.5 bunch Mint Julienned

Method (preview)

   Cut off top and bottom poles of melons. Place one cut side against cutting

   board and slice off rind in segments, cutting smoothly from top to bottom.
