Malt Shake Syrup

Malt Shake Syrup is a home-style recipe made with Sugar, Cocoa, Cold Water, and Malt Powder.

Ingredienti

• 1.0 cup Sugar
• 0.5 cup Cocoa
• 0.25 cup Cold Water
• 0.5 cup Malt Powder

   Combine all ingredients in top of a double boiler. Stir until blended well and know lumps remain. Bring mixture to a boil over low direct heat stirring constantly. Continue to heat over hot water 3 to 5 minutes; cool. Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.

   Combine 2 tablespoons syrup and 1 cup milk to make a shake. Add Ice-Cream if desired.
