   Use the ice cream blade to stir the cooled mixture and put the Rocket Chef in the freezer. Rotate the handle once an hour for the first two hours. When it has the consistency of whipped cream, stir every twenty minutes. When it becomes more firm and you feel some resistance as you churn the ice cream mixture, remove the lid nd the blade. Cover the mixture with transparent wrap and then with foil and leave it to become firm in the freezer.
