Ingredientes

• 2.0 cup Leftover Mashed Potatoes
• 1.0 Egg
• 1.0 tbsp Flour More If Potatoes Are Thin
• 2.0 tbsp Cream

Preparo (prévia)

   Mix together all ingredients except shortening. Heat shortening and drop potatoes by tablespoonful and brown on both sides. Note: Leftover mashed potatoes are unheard of in my house so I make up instant potatoes and it works just as well. I also use PAM on my griddle.
