Marinade is a home-style recipe made with Soy Sauce, T Balsamic Vinegar, T Olive Oil, Minced Garlic, and T Cayenne Pepper.

- 2.0 T Balsamic Vinegar
- 2.0 T Olive Oil
- 3.0 Minced Garlic

In a 1 gallon plastic food bag, combine all ingredients. Add 6-8

servings of steak. Seal bag and put in a bowl. Chill for 1 hour or
up to 1 day, turning occasionally. Lift steak from marinade and
