Mario's Adobo sauce: is a home-style recipe made with Dried Chile Anaheim, Garlic Finely Minced, Hot Water, Vegetable Oil, Flour, and Ground Cumin. Serves 1.

• 2.0 clove Garlic Finely Minced
• 3.0 cup Hot Water
• 1.0 tbsp Vegetable Oil
