• 2.0 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
• 2.0 cup Miniature Marshmallows
• 2.5 cup Half Amp Half
• 3.0 Egg Yolks

   In a double boiler melt the chocolate, marshmallows and scald the cream. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and slowly add to the cream with the vanilla. Cook until thick, cook, chill then freeze according to directions of ice cream maker. Makes 6 cups
