Marzipan
Marzipan is a home-style recipe made with Ground Almonds, Icing Sugar, Egg Yolk, Lemon Juice, Almond Essence, and Rose Water. Serves 1.

- 8.0 oz Ground Almonds
- 8.0 oz Icing Sugar
- 2.0 Egg Yolk
- 2.0 tsp Lemon Juice

Mix the almonds and sugar together. Add the beaten eggs and the flavouring

and mix and knead very thoroughly.
*note. These need to be blanched almonds which you could grind yourself.
