Meringue

Ingredients

• 4.0 Egg Whites
• 0.25 tsp Salt
• 6.0 tbsp Sugar

Method (preview)

   Beat egg whites with salt until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar beating until stiff peaks form and all sugar is dissolved.

   bake at 475 degrees about 4 minutes or until lightly browned.
