Mom's Divinity

Mom's Divinity is a home-style recipe made with Sugar Granulated, T Karo Light, Lg Egg White, Pecans Broken, T Vanilla Extract, and Water. Serves 1.

• 1.0 T Corn Syrup Light
• 1.0 Lg Egg White
• 0.5 cup Pecans Broken

   In heavy-bottom pan over medium heat, boil syrup of sugar, water and Karo till close to done (about 10 minutes); will spin a thread to pot.
