Monte Carlo Salad

Monte Carlo Salad is a home-style recipe made with Italian Dry Salami Slices, Marinated Artichoke Hearts, Halved, Sliced Black Olives, Feta Cheese, and Italian Herb Vinaigrette Salad Dressing. Serves 1.

   In large bowl, gently toss together salad greens, salami, artichokes, olives and almost all the feta. Gently toss with salad dressing.

   Garnish with remaining feta.
