Mud Pie
Mud Pie is a home-style recipe made with The Crust, Oreos, Butter The, Chocolate Ice Cream, Coffee Ice Cream The Glaze, and Square Unsweetened Chocolate. Serves 8.

The crust: Using a 9" pie plate, first line with foil and smooth completely. Crush the cookies with a blender or food processor until finely crushed. Place in a bowl and mix with the melted butter. Pour into the foil lined pie plate and press crumbs evenly over the entire surface, pushing up from the bottom to form the crust. Be careful not to have the top of the crust too thin. Bake in a 375� oven for 8 minutes, Remove from oven, cool and place in freezer for several hours or overnight.

Remove crust from freezer and carefully remove the foil from the crust, then ease back into the pan.
