- 4.0 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1.5 tsp Salt
- 2.0 tbsp Honey

Pour scalded milk into a lg mixing bowl. Stir in butter, salt and

honey, and mix until the butter is melted. Let cool to 105F. Stir
in the egg and yeast. Stir in both flours, and mix to form a rough ball.
