• 1.0 Medium Onion

   Heat the oil in a large skillet, then add the mushrooms and cook until dry, stirring often. Add the onion, sherry and cream, and cook until liquid is reduced and thick. Stir in the salt, pepper and bread crumbs. Set aside to cool until ready to use.
