Nanci's Birthday Cake

A home-style Nanci's Birthday Cake made with Flour, Sugar, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, and Vegetable Oil. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Ingredients

Method (preview)

   Mix dry ingredients.

   Add wet ingredients - coffee last (be careful when you add coffee; have mixer on low, it can splash).

   Mix well.

   Pour into 9 x l3 pan and bake for 25-35 minutes.
