   Place oatmeal in blender and blend to fine powder.

   Cream sugar and butter in mixer. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until the sugar is dissolved. With a wooden spoon mix in flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, baking soda. Add chocolate chips, chocolate bar and nuts.
