Ninfa's Green Sauce

Ninfa's Green Sauce is a home-style recipe made with Medium Size Green Tomatoes, Tomatillos, Jalape Os Coarsely Chopped, Small Garlic, Olive Oil, and Medium Size Ripe Avocados. Serves 1.

Ingredientes

• 3.0 Size Green Tomatoes
• 4.0 Tomatillos
• 1.0 Jalape Os Coarsely Chopped
• 3.0 Garlic

   Combine tomatoes, tomatillos, jalepenos and garlic in a saucepan, bring to a boil in oil, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until tomatoes are soft. (see notes.) Remove from heat and let cook slightly.

   Peel, pit and slice avocados.
