• 2.0 lb Stew Meat
• 1.0 pkg Dry Onion Soup Mix
• 1.0 cup Ginger Ale
• 1.0 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup

   Mix all ingredients in a pan with a tight fitting lid (cast-iron Dutch oven is ideal). Cover pan first with aluminum foil, then put on lid. Cook 3 hours at 300 degrees. Don't peek while cooking! Serve over buttered noodles or rice.
