• 1.0 cup Buttermilk Baking Mix
• 0.3333 cup Finely Chopped Pecans
• 2.0 tsp Paprika
• 0.5 tsp Salt

   In a shallow dish, combine biscuit mix, pecans and seasonings; mix well. Dip chicken pieces in milk; coat generously with pecan mixture. Place in a lightly greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Drizzle butter over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350�F for 1 hour or until chicken juices run clear. Yield: 6-8 pieces
