• 1.5 cup Sugar
• 2.0 Eggs
• 1.0 cup Sour Cream

   Cream together the shortening & sugar. Beat the eggs lightly & blend into sugar mixture. Stir in sour cream & vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder, salt & baking soda together & stir into cremed mixture. cover & chill in refrigerator 1 hour or longer.

   Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
