• 3.0 Dl Powdered Sugar
• 2.0 tbsp Cointreau Or Grand Marnier Grated Peel From Orange
• 4.0 Dl Whipping Cream

Preparo (prévia)

   Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until fluffy. Flavor with orange liqueur and grated lemon peel. Beat the cream until it's foamy and stir it in. Freeze the creme.

   Scald, peel, and de-stone the peaches. Mix the ingredients for the sugar liquid. Bring to a boil and put in the peaches. Boil until tender for 1/2 - 3 minutes, depending on how ripe they are. Take them up and cool them.
