   Preheat oven to 350*. In plastic bag, combine flour and salt. Add chicken, a few pcs. at a time; shake to coat. Place in a greased 13 x 9 - inch baking dish.; drizzle with 1/4 cup margarine. Bake uncovered 30 min. Meanwhile, in small saucepan, cook onion and garlic in remaining 2 tbsp. margarine until tender. Add remaining ingredients; simmer uncovered 10 min. Pour over chicken; bake uncovered 30 min. longer or until tender.
