Pâté en waffle is a home-style recipe made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Brown Sauce, Fine Sea Salt, and Sherry Vinegar.

Bereiding (voorbeeld)

   Place all the remaining ingredients, except the coriander and salt, in a pan with 300g/10fl oz water.
