Mix 1 Tbsp. of the flour with the raisins, candied peel, citron, pine nuts and set aside.

ADD milk, eggs, butter vanilla, anise, flour, sugar, salt, orange and lemon peels and yeast in bread machine. SPRINKLE reserved fruit mixture into machine when fruit alarm sounds or just as second kneading is ending.

Choose light colour setting. [Recipe says use normal/basic but I used sweet bread]
