Ingredients

• 20.0 Medium Cooking Apples
• 12.0 Pineapple Or Other Variety Quince
• 2.0 qt Cranberries
• 2.0 Vanilla Beans Sugar

Method (preview)

   The apples and quince must be washed, the stem and blossom ends scooped out,
