Pasta with Creamy Green Tomato Sauce

Pasta with Creamy Green Tomato Sauce comes together with Butter, Green Tomato Puree, Whipping Cream, Whole Black Peppercorns, and Sundried Tomatoes. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Ingredients

• 1 cup

• 6 tbsp

Method (preview)

   Melt butter in a heavy saucepan. Add onion; saute until transparent.

   Add green tomato puree and whipping cream.

   Simmer until sauce is thickened.

   While sauce is cooking, coarsely crush peppercorns in a mortar with a pestle.
