   Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and allspice. In a separate bowl combine sour cream, eggs, and oil. Stir in peaches. Add to flour mixture. Stir until just moistened. Spoon batter into paper lined muffin tins about 2/3 full. Bake at 400 for 20 -25 minutes. Makes 20 muffins
