• 1.0 cup Sugar
• 0.75 cup Vinegar
• 4.0 oz Candied Lemon Peel Candied Orange Peel

   In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce and simmer, stirring frequently for 45 minutes.

   Pour immediately into hot sterilized jars. Seal tightly.
