Method (preview)

   Combine peaches and lemon juice. Sweeten mashed peaches to taste. Combine milk, cream, sugar, extracts and salt in large bowl. Add peaches to mixture.

   Chill about 3 hours. Churn and freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Makes 1 gallon or 32 servings.
