Peach mousse

Ingredients

• 0.5 tsp Cinnamon Powder
• 1.0 tbsp Icing Sugar
• 1.0 tsp Cocoa Powder

Method (preview)

   150ml/5fl oz double cream , whipped until stiff peaks form when the whisk is removed

   For the mousse, place the peach and orange juice into a food processor and blend until smooth.
