Peach Preserves

Peach Preserves — a community recipe on Potlikkr.

Ingredients

• 1.0 Large Orange
• 1.5 qt Diced Peaches Juice From Lemons
• 1.0 cup Maraschino Cherries
• 6.0 cup Sugar

Method (preview)

   Grate orange peel, dice orange fruit. Combine with peaches lemon juice, cherries and sugar in large saucepan. cook until desired consistency.

   Ladle into sterilized hot jars to within 1/8 inch of jar top. Wipe jar rim; adjust lids. process in boiling water bath 5 minutes. Remove from canner and complete seals.
