   Recipe by: Sue Klapper In a large bowl, combine confectioners sugar, cracker crumbs, peanut butter and butter; stir until well blended.

   Line a 9 x 13 baking pan with a double layer of aluminum foil, extending foil over ends of pan; grease foil.

   Press mixture into pan.

   For topping, place peanut butter chips in a small microwave safe bowl.

   Microwave on high power 1 minute; stir.

   Continue to microwave until chips begin to melt, stirring every 15 seconds.

   Stir until smooth.

   Spread melted chips over peanut butter mixture.

   Using edges of foil, immediately life peanut butter mixture from pan.

    Spread preserves over melted chips.

    Cut into 1 inch squares.
