• 2.0 tsp Baking Powder
• 0.5 tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda
• 0.5 tsp Ground Cinnamon

   whipped cream and/or toffee sauce or chocolate sauce, to serve

   Pour the melted butter into the cake tin. Add the caster sugar and light brown sugar and stir together until the sugars are mixed into the butter.
