Gradually add sugar to stiff egg whites. Continue to beat until all sugar is dissolved. Fold in crushed crackers and chopped pecans. Add vanilla.

Bake in 9-inch pie pan sprayed with Pam at 350 degrees F. for 25-30 minutes or until done.
