• 2.0 Large Eggs
• 1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1.0 cup Chopped Pecans

   Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl, beating with a wire whisk until smooth. Stir in pecans and flour. Place paper baking sups in miniature (1 � inch) muffin pans, spoon 1 tablespoon batter into each cup. Bake at 375� for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool in pans on wire racks.
