Phyllo Spinach Cheese Squares

Phyllo Spinach Cheese Squares is a home-style recipe made with Layers Phyllo Pastry Each Layer Brushed With Melted Butter, Ricotta Cheese, Frozen Spinach Thawed, Eggs Salt And Pepper To Taste, Garlic, and Feta Cheese. Serves 1.

• 4.0 Layers Phyllo Pastry Each Layer Brushed With Melted Butter
• 1.0 container Ricotta Cheese
• 1.0 pkg Frozen Spinach Thawed
• 2.0 Eggs Salt And Pepper To Taste

   Mix together and spread over the phyllo pastry. May freeze now or bake at 350 (325 for a glass dish) for 30 min until browned. May freeze after baking also. Cut into squares. Serve hot.
