Picnic Salad

   Combine sliced oranges and sweet red onion with canned pineapple chunks and sliced ripe olives for a colorful picnic salad. Toss with a lemon flavored oil and vinegar dressing. Serve on a bed of lettuce. Feta cheese may be crumbled over lettuce, if desired.
