Pineapple Sorbet

Ingredients

• 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar
• 0.75 cup Water
• 0.25 cup Lime Juice
• 2.0 cup Fresh Pineapple

Method (preview)

   In a sauce pan heat the sugar and water. Stir until sugar has dissolved then bring to a boil.

   Remove from heat, cool then chill. Place the lime and pineapple into a food processor and puree. Scrape into the syrup and mix. Chill thoroughly, then freeze in a ice cream maker according to manufacturer.s directions. Makes 3 1/2 cups
