Pistachio Torte

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter and flour a 9-inch springform pan.

Add the egg yolks one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add the bread crumbs and all but a scant 1/4 cup of the pistachios. Beat 1 minute to combine. Set aside.
