Polish Potato Bake

• 6.0 Large Potatoes
• 3.0 Carrot
• 1.0 Onion
• 0.25 cup Margarine

Method (preview)

   In large saucepan cook vegetables in water to cover for 20 minutes or until tender. Drain, discard water. Mash cooked vegetables; add margarine and milk. Preheat oven to 400*F. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Arrange vegetables in pan. Sprinkle cheese on top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve hot. Serves 6-8.
