Pork Chops and Sauerkraut

   Layer in a crockpot: a little kraut on the bottom for the first layer of chops to sit on; 2 chops, kraut, 1/2 of the sugar and caraway seeds; 2 chops, kraut, seeds, sugar

   Turn crockpot on low and go to the beach.

   Return 8 hours later to a savory dinner and a house that smells like you have been slaving over a hot stove all day instead of sitting at the beach.
