Ingredientes

• 1.0 Medium Baking Potato Chopped
• 3.0 tbsp Butter
• 2.0 tbsp Sugar
• 1.0 tsp Salt

Preparo (prévia)

   Boil the potato for 15 to 20 minutes, until it's very tender. Drain the potato but reserve the potato water and let it cool.

   Combine the potato, butter, sugar, and salt. Mix thoroughly. Gradually add 3 tablespoons of the milk and beat until the mixture is very smoothly pureed. Blend in the remaining milk.
