Ingredients

• 0.25 lb Butter
• 1.0 Egg
• 2.0 tsp Coconut Extract
• 1.0 cup Sugar

Method (preview)

   Mix well and fold into 1 cup potato flakes. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

   Roll in marble size balls. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes. I always make a double batch.
