Ingredients

• 1.5 cup Light Mashed Potatoes
• 2.0 tbsp Egg Beaters Egg Substitute
• 1.0 tsp Onion Flakes
• 0.5 tsp Mixed Seasoning

Method (preview)

   Mix together well the potaotes, egg substitute, onion flakes, and mixed seasoning. Set aside.

   Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Stir 1/4 of the beaten egg whites into the potatoes to lighten the mixture. Then fold the potatoes into the remaining beaten egg whites.
