- 16.0 oz Prunes
- 1.0 qt Water
- 4.0 tsp Powdered Sugar
- 1.0 Fifth Proof Vodka

Boil the prunes in the water for at least 5 minutes. Cool and discard

the water. Put the prunes in a large jar and cover with powdered sugar.
Add the vodka and steep for two weeks in a warm but not hot place.
