• 1.0 cup Brown Sugar
• 1.0 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

   Sift together the flour, baking soda in a bowl. Stir in the brown sugar, oats and corn flakes. Cut in the butter until particles are the size of small peas. Reserve 1 cup of crumb mixture.

   Press the remaining mixture into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 pan. Spread 2 cups of prepared mincemeat over the crust.
