- 4.0 cup Juice From Cooked Pea Hulls
- 5.0 cup Sugar
- 1.0 pkg Sure Jell

Wash pea hulls well. use as many as you wish. Cover with water.

Boil until tender. Drain juice through cheesecloth. Add sure-jell
to measured juice.
