Queso Fresco Crepes with Orange Sauce

Method (preview)

1. 1

   Combine the flour, salt, egg, milk and butter with 2 tbsp. very cold water and mix until smooth.

   In a Teflon pan, cook the crepes and fill with cubed Queso Bl anco Fresco.

   Heat the orange juice, marmalade and the Grand Marnier and pour ov er the crepes.
